Valet Parking

Valet Parking services are provided by an outside company. You can park your car in front of the hotel and bring your key to the Front Desk. Cars not picked up by 4pm on the day of departure are charged an additional night.

Free WiFi

Complimentary high-speed Wireless Internet access is offered throughout the hotel free of charge.

Handicapped Accessible Room

The hotel is equipped with one Standard Queen Room that is fully accessible with a roll-in shower. Must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability only.

The ADA Room has features that include:

• Wheelchair accessible with oversized 36” doorways
• Bathroom has 60”+ of diameter of turnaround space
• All access points are leveled or have the appropriate ramps with 2% or less in slope
• Roll-under sink
• Roll-in shower
• All grab bars are mounted between 33” – 36” from floor
• ADA Accessible Toilet with grab-bars
• All switch fixtures are placed so that they do not exceed 36” in height

• Wheelchair Access to common areas with ramp slopes

Additionally, staff is available 24 hours to provide ADA assistance requested by guests.

Rollaway / Cribs

Guests can be accommodated with a complimentary baby crib or a rollaway bed. The number of available cribs and rollaway beds are limited and provided upon request, on a first come, first served basis. Please ensure the room type reserved allows a rollaway bed and that the reservation states your request and guest count.

Interconnecting Rooms

One of the Impala Hotel’s suites has an interconnecting door to a Standard room with a King size bed. It is a solution for families or larger parties seeking a 2 bedroom suite while enjoying privacy. Must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability only.

Pets

The hotel is pet friendly, allowing dogs no more than 25lbs.

Laundry Services

A laundry bag and dry cleaning price list are provided in each room. Same day service is possible if items are received by the front desk by 9:00 a.m.

• Late check-outs up until 2.30pm incur a fee. The full night applies for check-outs later than 2.30pm
